Moore Investment Properties, LLC is a family -owned and managed property management company. We've been around since 2001 and maintain an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau.  Our success stems from our commitment to our residents and our ability to provide exceptional and comprehensive service to our clients.

We manage 400+ units and commercial spaces from small condos to 112-unit buildings.  Our goal is to provide clean, secure and affordable homes for our residents. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness to our residents' requests. We have a dedicated, full-time maintenance team and can be reached 24 hours, 7 days a week through our emergency line.

Art Moore is Manager and Owner of Moore Investment Properties, LLC. Art started Moore Investment Properties, LLC in 2001. He brings his passion for creating community into managing properties. He is dedicated to keeping all of the units, buildings and grounds clean and well maintained. 

Peter Moore is Senior Property Manager at Moore Investment Properties, LLC. He began his career in property management in 2002 as a leasing agent. Peter currently manages 250+ condo and multi-unit rentals and is a licensed broker's associate.
